The Doorbomen#3 seminar, brought together the teams working on the stages Growth and Decay of the StagingWood coalition. The day started with a walk through the forest under the guidance of ranger Remi Hougee. The GROWTH organizational chart was presented; a result of the installation and workshop How Forest Think (Oerol 2023) addressing the question: what does a human organization look like if the soil intelligence of the forest forms the basis? The chart is a drawing that can be viewed from four sides with representatives from the forest and a legend that indicates organisms or phenomena represented can pose organizational questions in a human workplace. Artist Wouter Engelbart introduced the detailed drawing he had made and presented it to Staatsbosbeheer (National Forest Management). 

The seminar also had contributions from soil scientist Tanja Dekker about the origins of the European forest, a contribution from Arjan Berkhuyzen regarding working with constellation exercises in the forest and we ended the day with a test route through the cracking Formerumerbos where Chihiro Geuzebroek gave a preview of the new installation route KRAK (Oerol 2024). Shivant Jhagroe wrote an essay centering around the discussions held within the coalition about decolonizing environmental management.
