Doorbomen (Treeversation) #1
with various participants22 October 2021
The seminar Doorbomen#1 centred around the following questions: How can a broad coalition together research new relationships between humans and forests on Terschelling and elsewhere? And how do you jointly give direction to a group of people with very different ideas? Forester Joeri Lamers started the seminar with a tour of the forest. This was followed by a collective-making exercise in silence. The day ended with a contemplative dialogue led by writer and philosopher Evanne Nowak. Following the seminar, Jente Hoogeveen wrote the essay Tot het bos (To the Forest).
